Hey guys, I'd love to meet you sometime and show you around my awesome town. We could... hit up the gaming dungeon and art galleries on main street, go to the Cafe' Bean and drink funny sounding drinks, run around the park and forest trails til' we pass out, go swimming in the park pool (or my own), take goofy pictures in weird and abstract places (which we have a lot of here in Washington), chill on the college campus and pretend to be 24 yrs old, fish for bluegills in the stream behind the power-plant and hope we catch a three-headed mutated fish from the power plant discharge ( just kidding, the waters clean lol), or my personal favorite, sitting in the Local Library basement on band nights where we eat pizza and drink Jones Sodas and meet fun new people and bands that travel to our little town.
Hit me up guys who live in the Tri-State Area: PA, OH, WV. I live 45 minutes south west of Pittsburgh in Washington, PA hope to hear from u guys. :] |

personally i value uniqueness and creativity. Guys that you can really differentiate in a crowd. Styles that are dynamic and evolve over time :-) |

to be honest i rarely find any real emo kids anymore theyre all scene. i have one actual emo friend but he makes me laugh =p but it seems the older you get the more the people you're around styles change. the teeny boppers are the more "follow the book" look | |

The breakdown varies from place to place. In europe there seems to still be emo kids, which is really weird since they died out on the US west coast like 5 years ago. We have scene kids, who drink too much and dress like emo kids with sliced up band shirts, and hipsters who seem to be going hobo-chic with the facial hair and being a little dirty. Indie kids fit in somewhere between the two.
I'd rather fuck scenesters just out of the fact that they're clean and spend a shitload of time making themselves look nice, but I'd rather listen to hipsters or indie kids. |

hahaha scene in auz is pretty dam divers cos we pull tat shit from all over the place so u get the dirty mullets unwashed and goon covered ones and the heaps cleen cut and exspensive clothing whereing ones. both are hella hot. but none drink beer... but sad scenies bit sad! | |

personally kindof over most of the scene/indie/ "emo" people. especially since i live in l.a. and myspace culture is strong here. indie = stuck up over coffeed american apperal thrift store shopping smoker who talks down on everyone. emo = ??? does emo even exist any more. ( and im not talking about the fat girls and guys in hottopic ) scene = obsessive vain and shallow. attention whores to the core. DONT get me wrong i love all three looks. but i prefer to date humans not labels. and i hate the behaviors that go with the labels. |

I'm convinced that scene kids have special genes that keep them skinny, or they all wear Spanx body suits. Grrr. |
