fitness regime

hey, my body isn't near what i want it to be and I was just wondering if anyone had some great fitness rigimes they would be willing to share
 

abs

i've been trying like crazy to my abs to pop and get that defined six pack, but i just can't get em to pop out i've been working on them forever and it's driving me crazy. why can't i get my abs more defined? What should i be doing?

     How is your diet and your program? Are both planned out and executed so you have a beginning, mid-point and end each time you start, or do you work out constantly trying to see some improvement? I have good abs but to get them to "pop" I often have to bulk up for a few weeks in terms of eating more, getting enough rest and concentrating on working out in such a way that all sides of the core group are hit to exhaustion without overtraining and THEN cutting back on fatty foods plus being smart with cardio to make them "pop".

It's not too hard for me to have a great mid-section - the hard part is really being patient while they are covered up or obscured during the bulking phase, because just like any muscle group, you need to stimulate them in the gym with perfect form and then rest. My challenge is the bulking up part to feed my muscles the nutrients it needs to grow - cutting up is very fast for me.

Bigger, more defined arms

What's the best most effective way to build bigger, more defined arms, to include fore-arms, biceps, and triceps? If you can help me, please post your response, here and send me a copy in a message form :-) thanx!

     EZ-Bar curls are great for adding some mass to your arms. You would want to start off with this work out when you're fresh, so that be the first exercise you do. 3x12 or 4x8-12. Overhead dumbbell press will also mack your arms pop.
