I just want to make my point clear that i do enjoy unprotected sex when it is with a person i know and care for very much. We cannot let the rest of the str8 world make it a negative stereotype just for us (the gay community), last time i checked that was discrimination. there are plenty of str8 couples whom practice unsafe sex and no one seems to care. Again please practice safe sex but do not say that it is a negative stereotype of the gay community bc that just means you believe all the conservative propaganda out there. | |

It is not conservative propaganda that in 2004, fully three-fifths of all cases of men contracting the HIV virus were men that have sex with men.
It is also not conservative propaganda that frequently in the gay world, condoms are eschewed in light of the attitude that "If I can't get pregnant, I don't need birth control", and that a significant portion of men have to get high or drunk just to be able to have sex with one another, therefore forgetting to use protection. These are FACTS, ugly as they may be. Yes, I do know what I'm talking about, and yes, I am intelligent enough to avoid falling for propaganda, both conservative and liberal. |

Have you seen the latest stats about HIV infection in NY and Washington DC? Almost 2x higher than the national average. And let's not even talk about the devastation this plague is still causing in the African American community and our government doesn't care. And our leaders think whatever it's a gay disease. Ugh. M* |
