A deranged mind crafting the finest in ideas since 3144.

Leftover shyness from my youth leaves me mostly wandering around in life, familiar to a lot of people but well known by few. Some times I'm okay with that, other times I try to change that, with varying levels of success.

I'm mostly a quiet person. Spending hours at a coffeeshop or thoughtfully perusing museums, parks, or bookstores, or seeing a movie or going to a show is more of my thing than parties or clubs. I prefer to walk or bike everywhere that I can, and I have an inordinate fondness for public transportation (one of my few dream jobs is to be a subway driver in Toronto).

I'm a maths/computer nerd by training and occupation, so I'm frequently geeking out, but over the past few years I've sought to balance that with more creative pursuits.
